The villa was beautiful with amazing hosts! It was only 40 minutes (by car or motorcycle) from Rome and is right out into the countryside. Sabrina and Steph made sure we were safe each time we went out on our travels, even going out their way to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. They also offered some great advice of where to go and what to see! The breakfast was lovely with a wide range of goodies which set us up perfectly for the day ahead, the bed was super comfy too! The use of the pool and garden was a added bonus as we was left to use these facilities as they was our own. We can not forget Nura the amazing cat who kept us company on the patio of a night time. By the end of the trip, we felt like part of the family and didn't want to leave :') we will for sure be coming back to this villa in the near future to explore more of Italy

The B&B is formed by only 2 rooms (so it is quite private!). The room is modern and very nice with all the essentials you may need. The bathroom is also modern and wide and provided with all you may need. There is a common area where you can prepare teas and I do believe also warm up take away food (although we did not use it). The owner is supernice and communicate nicely!

A beautiful setting, we had the place to ourselves. It's also a wedding venue, so the place was exceptionally well maintained. I felt like a lord in my villa. All the extras were top notch.

    The room was comfortable, we arrived late, but no problems with the host. It was a little far from the highway, took us 20 minutes to arrive. We had a water, juice, ham, cheese available and Stefano show us plenty of options to have dinner. The property is beautiful, with pool, great patio with trees. Parking is inside the property.
