The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. It exceeded my expectations, as did the staff. Thanks a million to Marwan, Rami, Nour, and Meshal for all of your help and assistance. You are all 5 stars and excellent in your work!

Hotel is located in downtown of Amman. Clean and comfortable. But the biggest value is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating. They shared via WhatsApp digital city guide with recommended and trusted restaurants, things to do and location for ATMs and exchange offices. This helped me a lot. Breakfast is served from 8am but as I was scheduled to start my excursion at that time they made sure they start serving earlier. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel's stay was important to me because there is everything around the hotel. Secondly, the place is very clean, the rooms are more than wonderful than the arrangement, cleanliness and the staff are more than wonderful. Hostel is located near downtown, reachable to everything important. Staff was lovely, especially Omar who gave me tour on a first day. Inside is also a resturant where they serve amazing food! I had breakfast 2 times and it was just amazing. Private room is spacious.

We stayed for 2 nights here and everything was great. They provide a free parking lot for the clients who take a car, but the space is limited. The check-in and out were fast. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The hot water works well. Amenities are complete. The breakfast is in a buffet with many great options.

The staff were really always respectful, helpful and with a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean but the bed with its linen could be better. The location is really good. Close to the Roman theater, rainbow street, downtown Amman. There is free parking nearly everywhere but we kept in a safe car park next to the hotel for 5JD per day. Breakfast was good It was real good value for the price.

the establishment has notable strengths, including a pleasant and hearty breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and a very helpful staff. Additionally, the location across from the theater, with free parking nearby, is a significant advantage. The complimentary city tour with a guide is also highlighted as an excellent opportunity, with the option to tip the guide only if satisfied, which is appreciated. The guide is very Nice!

The location for downtown and the main sites was perfect. Valet car parking was quick and simple. The rooms we modern and clean, and breakfast was sufficient. Backs onto one of the most vibrant and busy old city bazars with an eclectic mix of products served by kind helpful people. I would stay here again. (People in Jordan are so friendly and welcoming) Visit Rainbow Streer if you are looking for a nice place to have dinner.
