I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petra Premium Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short drive from the entrance to the ancient city of Petra, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this world wonder. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to the tranquil and beautifully designed rooms was a true delight. The attention to detail in the room decor and the cleanliness was top-notch.

Everything was very nice, we stayed for 2 nights, they cleaned the room every day and put free fruits, drinks and sweets in the room. They even gave us small surprises at the exit. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Lovely location and great bubble tents, best of all, very spacious and fantastic facilities with hot water, air conditioning and heating that works very well. Wonderful team and management, especially the taxi staff Mohammad. The team are very well organised and communicate fast, well and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay constantly checking in. Free bottled water, tea and coffee was included in our stay, and we found the accomodation very well kept. We were allowed to check in early which we were very grateful for, and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the venue buffet style, both of which were delicious and plentiful with many options, I was even able to eat with my gluten free restriction. Management and the team looked after all of our needs, constantly checking in to ensure we were happy. We enjoyed a relaxed stay, which was nice and quiet, and we were able to easily walk to little petra together and get a taxi out to petra for only 7JOD. The in house taxi team is the best, and only charge you what is necessary unlike other taxis in the region. On our last day we had a very late flight, and our taxi driver Mohammad gave us the best experience for our last day on checkout, taking us to see the dead sea on our way to the airport, and showing us a local, delicious and very well priced restaurant for afternoon lunch, he also got us to the airport on time, minimising our wait time for the long travel ahead which was super helpful, displaying the best customer service we were incredibly impressed for the day trip and timings - Thank you!!

The location is great, you can walk early morning to the Petra site. Raed warmly welcome us and explained with a map everything that was a must to see inside the Petra site and how to avoid the crowd. His advice was very useful and we had an amazing time in Petra. During our stay, he was so helpful from making appointment for us in a Turkish bath to advising us to go straight to Petra Treasure as the weather would deteriorate the day after. He and his brother are very nice people.

Our stay at the Karam Hotel was great. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Super comfortable beds, perfectly clean room and bathroom, hot water, AC with heating and great breakfast. Additionally, the staff was very kind and helpful, they gave us a lift to Petra and organized the local bus to Amman. Thank you for your kindness and great hospitality :)

    The rooms were brilliantly clean, a great size and equipped with much needed AC! Free parking underneath the hotel, and of course the most hospitable staff, everyone was extremely friendly. Wouldn't know why you'd stay anywhere else in Petra.

    Property was right next to Petra only 1 minute in the car to the Petra car park and had an amazing view overlooking the town and the Petra entrance. Our Host made us dinner one night a traditional Jordanian meal of lentil soup, falafel, humus, and Kofta - which was absolutely delicious and brilliant value for money. Check in was easy and free parking outside was good.

    Mohammed is the perfect host! He was super welcoming and gave us precious advice to make the most during our short time visiting Petra. There is the possibility to have dinners and breakfasts (the food is very good). The position is perfect as the hotel is just a couple of minutes by car from Petra visitors parking. There are free parking lots at the hotel, as well. Guys, keep traveling to Jordan! Not only it is wonderful and welcoming, but most importantly very safe.

    Very tidy and clean, coffee, water, fruit, and snacks available to purchase for a small fee. Street parking is generally available, you can double park to drop or collect luggage, and staff helped us with the stairs. Although it’s only 20mins from the free parking for Petra we drove there so we didn’t have to walk back uphill to the hotel. Very nice host, happy to recommend.

    We have stayed in this hotel for two nights, I will definitely recommend this hotel, first of all for the polite administration, I would like to say a special thank you. The hotel was very clean, in a convenient location, there were shops and restaurants nearby, and the road to Petra was very close. By the way, we were able to park our rented car in the free parking lot of the hotel.

    Everything was exceptional, beautiful clean room with a city view, welcome drink, free parking lot. Ammar is a nice host, who provides clear instructions and helps you with transfer to and from Petra. Absolutely recommend 10/10.
