Convenient parking just in the underground mall parking lot with separate entrance to the hotel. We loved the lounge where we could have free coffee and sit leisurely. The hotel also has a beautiful onsen which we didn't use. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room (economy twin) was on the smallish side but no complaints.
