New, clean and comfortable beds. Free car park and convenience store + restaurants close by. Toiletries and equipment provided were nice and new. Drinking water from tap and air purifiers available in the rooms. Nice set up and fun, amazing views of the alps and Mt Fuji around the property.

The room was very modern, has a chic aesthetic, clean and comfortable, and fitted with many great appliances. I really liked that there were two files provided, one containing all the manuals of all the appliances in the house for operation guides, and another for sightseeing and local food spot recommendations!

This place was perfect. We loved it so much we immediately booked for two other hotels in the Dormy Inn chain later in our trip. The onsen was so lovely, with a view of Fujiyama. The massage chairs were so nice. Free ice cream, ramen and Yakult was a bonus. The breakfast was incredible. Love this place. The staff are the loveliest.
