We had an amazing stay at ATTA Toya. The place was immaculately clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, even for our group of three. It had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the standout features was the bread making machine. It was such a unique touch that made our mornings extra special. The host also left us a bag of Hokkaido popcorn, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated surprise. The host was super accommodating and always responded quickly whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Their attentiveness really elevated our stay. The washing facilities were also excellent. The machine was super fast and had a built-in dryer, which was especially convenient for our snow trip since we had plenty of laundry to do. Overall it was an amazing experience and I’d highly recommend this place. Would definitely book again! 🌟

Yuri-san is very helpful for the stay-station transportation. Speak english very well, adorable cats and delicious homemade breakfast every morning. And we’re very grateful for the bike she lent for us.

I love how thoughtful the place is for families esp. preschooling children or younger. They had kids in mind in every aspect of the place. From rooms, to onsen, the pool and even a kids buffet spread.

Outdoor and indoors very big. - wide range of breakfast and dinner selection with scheduled time for crowd management. - Very classy feel. - Recreation corner with table tennis, mini badminton and claw machines. - Rooms are spacious. Toilet is small but not essential as most bath and stuff done in onsen. - Convenience store in hotel with good selection at reasonable prices. - Unlimited coffee in lobby 24 hours. The property had a wonderful location in Date, with plenty of restaurants near by and the station only a 10 minute walk away. The host was incredibly helpful - they recommended us restaurants, things to do and replied very quickly to all our questions. This was one of the most pleasant stays I had over a month in Japan.

Amazing host dedicated to a good experience for his guests. Some other reviews make it sound like the place is dirty or falling apart, I found it to be clean and full of character and charm. Very glad we stayed.

    The hostess was amazing. We had a lovely stay and would definetly stay again. The breakfast was really good, there was toast, some buns, many jams and salad. And tea, coffee and milk was available as well. An onsen is close by and free to use in the evening, the hostess prepared a full onsen set for us to use and gave us an onsen discount pass for other onsens in the area. It is close to the lake toya and onsen area. The room was really comfortable and we had a good sleep. Parking was available as well.

    This is my second time visit here. i'm satisfied their onsen that the biggest and the most wonderful i've ever been.in door onsen is very big and outdoor is more big! and when the snow come it's 2X more beautiful. The room is clean and quite big . car park is available but need some walk down the steep slope or stairs.
