Check-in was smooth, with plenty of parking. The house was well-equipped, with air conditioning in every room. We loved the choice of Western and Japanese-style rooms—offering the best of both worlds. The kitchen was practical, and the large dining table comfortably fit our whole group.

The house is beautiful, and very children friendly. The children loved the toys and the hammock! If you have a car, it's also in a very good location close to Asahikawa and Biei. There are convenience stores 10 minutes away by car.

The rooms are exquisite, very spacious and newly decorated. The onsen were also terrific, an incredibly authentic experience with robes also provided in the rooms. Lastly, the food was incredible. Breakfast and dinner with so many courses at such high quality they almost make the room feel like it’s free. Lastly I need to say an incredible thank you to the staff who went out of their way to help us when our friend broke his leg out running. They made sure we had a wheelchair and even drove us to the top of the mountain in order to have a simpler time accessing the bus to asahikawa

Love this place! Conveniently located next to the bus stop, 20 minutes walk through the forest to the ropeway. Beautiful rooms, beautiful Onsen. Just a bit hot at this time of year 😅. The staff was really friendly and had good hiking recommendations! Kitchen is enormous and very convenient!

    Great location (it’s just at the entrance of Asahidake); there’s a parking lot (drive way) in front of the house; The house is very well decorated and it gives a sense of well lived in it. Mika and Osamu San are both very nice and they are generous giving suggestions of what to do. They also have an onsite BBQ facility which you can request to use (extra charge) and it’s fantastic :)

    We had very large room-superior twin was really a suite with a balcony. The front desk man spoke some English and very nice. Food at buffets good with English name tags. Walked easily to ropeway. Next door to visitor center. Easy parking. All in all a great place to stay for visiting Asahidake.

    Allowed me to book on the day, staff were cool 😎 spoke good English and had good attitudes. Great communal space and comfortable beds. Amazing Onsen with outdoor area which was fantastic and I liked how it was kept open late. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Free parking was a nice bonus. Would certainly stay here again.
