This Hotel is a perfect place to stay while in Tokyo. The staff are just the best. We had a few issues and they always were helpful and quickly resolved the issues. We were doing a budget family trip for two weeks traveling around Japan and this was our last Hotel stay because of the access to the local train directly to NRT. Google Keisei-Nishifuna Station It's a bit of a walk (5ish min) from the point the shuttle drops you off at, but the area is super neat and I loved the landscaping you can see from the road along the way. The shuttle service is great, You are pick up a little ways down from the Nishi-Funabashi stations south exit. if your standing directly across the street from the 7-11, face right and walk to the NEXT crossing walk area (about 30 or 40 meters down) Don't rely on the shuttle, Go for many walks around the area, there was a surf shop very close by that we found the last night as well as a great super market an easy walk away. The free breakfast is great.

This was one of the highlights of our short trip to Tokyo. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment as it immediately felt like home for us. The location is wonderful, a quiet and safe area with easy reach to all convenience stores and supermarkets, as well as many restaurants. It was a pleasure walking in the neighborhood, we felt like living the local life which is what we were looking for. We loved walking and looking at the homes in the surroundings, their little cars, their bicycles parked outside, the neighborhood life. The apartment is quite spacious and exactly as in the pictures. Great kitchen and nice dining room helped to make the stay even more familiar. Laundry facility was a wonderful addition and we used it everyday, making our return much easier with few dirty clothes to wash at home, and allowing us to travel lighter than usual. The tatami room is perfect for kids and it also adds some additional space for your daily life. We loved the Japanese bathroom with the bathtub cabinet, with great water pressure and temperature. You are provided with sufficient towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even dental care. Couldn't ask for more!! As a family of 3, we spent 5 wonderful days in this apartment, and we loved every moment. The owner was very attentive and accommodating, eventually checking in through messages to ensure our comfort. Sleep quality was great, and we had everything we needed. Apart from the 7-Eleven which is just in front, there are three or so supermarkets in the vicinity, ideal to get your food for breakfast and dinner if you feel like eating at home. Because that's what the apartment felt like: home. The kitchen was simply great and sufficiently large. And the separate dining room was wonderful to both start and end the days. We loved it and recommend it to any kind of stay in Tokyo, from couples to families, from leisure to business. The quality/space/price ratio is perfect!

The living areas were clean, with linens and towels already in place when we arrived. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, kettle) and an in‑suite washing machine let us cook breakfast and travel light. Fast free Wi‑Fi plus the rare bonus of free on‑site parking (for small car) kept logistics completely hassle‑free. While the apartment sits in Katsushika—about a seven‑minute walk from Kanamachi Station on the JR Joban Line—the quiet residential setting felt like a welcome escape from downtown crowds.

It's very modern, stylish, cute, and clean. There were even usb-c connector on the table =) I liked that. Japanse bath, electronically can be filled with water, just choose how many liters to add. The station and the supermarket are very close; it's a a safe area to be. The lighting is great, we had everything we needed. Lavender carpet and lavender slippers in the toilet are just so cute =) You can see the host well thought about everything that will be needed by guests.

    I liked everything accept for no parking, I know that they had parking in paid parking with a shuttle available, but I had a friend staying that needed medical attention and it was not a fast trip to get the shuttle to my car to go and get things. Other than that, it was great.
