    Quiet surroundings, friendly and polite staff, help us parking, front desk, serving meals. We love the personal Onsen inside the room very much. It is excellent. Freeflow drinks are lovely. Dinner is exceptionally delicious. Steamed rice is hot and soft in the way I like most.

    Great location, parking available. So many options for baths and plenty of private baths to choose from in addition to the large public bath. All facilities were very clean. Other activities available including table tennis etc. if you had children this would be a great place to stay as there are dedicated play areas, sports areas, reading corners and more for them. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious with lots of choice. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

    The buffet breakfast was really good. I loved how there were so many different private onsen and that there weren't any lineups. There is a health room with massage chairs and foot massager and some health measures that was nice. I was surprise there were so much kids entertainment there as well. The location was close to the near by attractions. There was free parking as well. Overall it was a great experience

    The host, Hei, was very friendly and took care of our needs. The free coffee provided was a very welcome plus. Parking fee was also very reasonable at 500¥ for the length of our stay.

    Bathroom and toilet area is comfortable. Love to wear Yukata. Mt.Fuji can be seen from the hotel lobby and there is sakura garden next to the hotel parking lot which can sit and watch Mt. FUJI. Hotel Staffs are helpful.
