Everything was beyond expectation. The staff are all extremely thoughtful and helpful. Yuko-san helped to book the most incredible kaiseki dinner at a local restaurant for us. The bed was soo comfortable and the amenities were amazing. Ask to borrow the foot massagers. Very helpful after a long day of walking.

The location less than a 5 minute walk from the subway was excellent. It was very easy to get to almost all locations in Kyoto. There was also a large grocery store nearby to pick up supplies for breakfast. By Japanese standards the room was very roomy and comfortable. Used the laundry a few times.

Really good japanese style hotel in Kyoto. Futon,tatami all this stuff. Also outdoor (or more precise -outroof) onsen is great after long day of exploring the city. Room is huge. Breakfast dish was different every day (but always japan cusine) and really tasty. Highly recommend!

    It was an amazing stay in an amazing city in the most spacious accommodation I have ever stayed in Japan so far. Staff were super helpful as well! Free parking, well-equipped kitchen and bath. Great for large groups and totally worth the rate!
