Only in Japan could you find such a lovely hotel on a freeway. Similar to other Fairfield Hotels I’ve stayed in the US in terms of rooms/layout but this one was much more loved. Pristine condition, spotlessly clean, lovely common areas (with microwave, oven, coffee etc - great for families). The staff were beyond helpful and attentive. I stayed there to travel to Mashiko which was a disappointment but this hotel was a lovely bonus.

The house was super new and ridiculously clean! I've stayed in a lot of places and this place wins them all hands down. Everything u need is prepared and the house smells fantastic all the time. You can even charge your phone straight from the port in the bed head.

- Free happy hour alcohol/soft drinks - Free breakfast (although couldn't attend as it ends up 8:30 and I worked til late) - Pillow selection of your choice (kinda like Swissotel!) - Lot of amenities - Onsen - Fast wifi - Big TV - Lovely reception staff - ...
