As a private residence, it was cozy and I felt like I was staying in a local’s house. The bathroom and toilets were clean and amenities were provided. We also had the whole place to ourselves! Loved using the massage chair in the living room!

The location was great, very short walk to station and lots of food options, plus the odawara castle. The staff were friendly and helped us in english, plus were happy to look after our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could explore. The beds were very comfortable. A coin laundry on site was super handy. We were very happy with our stay.

They had a self-serve alcohol/soft drink drink bar!! In the shower, they had a mist spray! I could hook up my FireTV l, that I brought from home, easily!! (Wi-Fi was FAST, too!) They had a mat in the shower, I think, in case you want to recreate your own 'soapland' experience!! Check out was 12pm!! Can order room service 24hr.
