I loved everything about this accommodation. The pictures on the website never lied... The location was perfect, the staff exceptional and helpful... I need the contact of the person that gave me the perfect guidance that took me to Biwako Valley... HE WAS SO GOOD AND HELPFUL... I need to tell him Arigatoo Gozaimaas... The location has the best view, close to Biwako Lake, a stroll to elegant Sagawa Art Museum, the Pieri Mall for your shopping and dining experience... The rooms where spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all amenities and facilities...I love the bath, the massager, etc...

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and it easy to communicate with them. The ladies that presented the food at dinner were exceptional, explaining each dish in detail, and even assisted in frying the meats perfectly. An overall amazing experience

The on balcony onsen was amazing. As a couple with tattoos we couldn't use the main baths but this was perfect. Used it in the evening after dinner and then again in the morning watching the sun come up. The room was large and comfortable. The food was excellent.

    The hotel offered welcome drinks and the hotel's location is great, next to the JR station. Parking in the building next to the hotel and an discount on parking fee will be offered to hotel guests. We enjoyed the stay there.
