Superb service from the staff, especially Ms Yen and Ms Chabani Gopali and the chefs who made us two delicious dinners/breakfast the two nights we were there. Good onsen baths and good fun in the "walking" onsen and outdoor warm pools. Cabin was spacious and very comfortable. A big thank you for a very relaxing stay.

The food was excellent. The hosts were wonderful. The place is perfect to relax and just not do much. Due to its european style, it all seems a bit ureal.

This place is absolutely amazing and would definetely recommend staying here! The owners; Alex and Yuki went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay and they are genuinly Nice and caring people. The staff is fantastic and all are so helpfull to make sure you have the best stay possible. We loved the place, location, food and we tried a lot of the scheduled activities such as hiking, renting electric bikes, sauna, forrest movie night etc. All was very pleasant and Yuki and Alex even participated in the social activities which we really enjoyed. Besides this the area is very beautiful and this is worth visiting if you are a Nature lover. Looking forward to coming back here some day! Thanks from Louise and Emma.

Great ryokan with very good onsens. Rooms are comfortable, dinner and breakfast tasty and interesting. And of course the village in total is geat. There are 5 onsens that has been changing from ladies to gents once a day, and 2 private onsens. It was so good to relax there. Next time will stay there again

Everything was more tan perfect. We had an amazing stay here. Staff was extremely friendly, food was fantastic, breakfast was so relaxing atmosphere. The Onsens were soo relaxing. Everything was perfect! Service was perfect, everyone was super polite and really made us feel taken care of. The meals were elaborate and delicious. The onsen in the room was magnificent, what a peaceful experience. I 100% recommend this Ryokan for a special onsen experience.
