    The hotel location is near Hell's Valley, which is what most tourists come to see. There are several onsens available which are quite large. Some parking lots are available near the hotel. There is a buffet breakfast and dinner available with many food varieties. If you choose the traditional room style, a staff member comes to help you prepare the futon so there are no problems doing it on your own.

    (1) Best and the biggest onsen I've been! Very spacious. I would go again just for the onsen. I think it's also open to visitors during the day. (2) Didn't have dinner at the facility because kaiseki was 7700 yen per peson, but the area has very little dinner options, so actually we might try this next time (3) Room was spacious for four of us and very clean. The staff came between 6 - 9 to set up the mattresses in the tatami room (4) Staffs are extremely kind (5) Taiko show was inspiring (6) Free parking!

    Oldest onsen hotel (164 years old). The outdoor bath is amazing. Second time here and I always love using the hairwash and conditioner. Affordable too with delicious food down the shopping street. Free parking too.

    Great location right next to the famous hell valley hot springs. A big and well equipment onsen hotel. (One of the biggest for me). Excellent facilities, super dinner buffet! Snow crab all you can eat. Many different hot springs onsen with swimming pool. It is not a cheap onsen hotel, but worth the money. Wonderful and helpful staff. They even have people at the door to guide you to the nearby parking lot. Very thoughtful.

    Room was quite big. Tatamis were ok comfortable. Heater was working well. Living room comfortable. Wifi working ok. Conveniently located right next to the train station. Free parking available in front of the nearby train station. Approximately 15 minutes drive from Hell Valley. Entrance password was sent to us by owner on the same day.

    We opted for half board - both dinner and breakfast were amazing! Food was delicious, presentation was beautiful and portions were adequate. The room was spacious, and the tatami mats that we slept on were comfortable. We also enjoyed the onsen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was central and within walking distance to Jigokudani ( Hell Valley). Free parking was available.

    This place is cozy and amazing. Less than 5mins walk from train station and plus there's a free parking lot if you coming with a car. Even though the 4 bunk beds room is a bit small for dealing with your luggage but it doesn't really matter becuz theres a shared area in the middle at 2nd floor for you to use. Anyway I will definitely come back to stay here.

    Many large onsen pools over 2 floors. There is a fine dinning restaurant at a reasonable price but must book ahead. The room is large and comfortable. Free parking. Also, the hotel is next to the He;lls Gate sulphur vents. There is also a casual ramen place in the basement for light meals. Good and inexpensive restaurant nearby.

    Great location in a quiet neighbour hood. Good sized villa / house. Parking lot has space for 2 cars. A nice garden just at the front. Come with a small bath tub as well. Owner is very helpful and ammenities are well stocked. Highly recommend this place.
