As a private residence, it was cozy and I felt like I was staying in a local’s house. The bathroom and toilets were clean and amenities were provided. We also had the whole place to ourselves! Loved using the massage chair in the living room!

I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time! I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Room is comfy, looks like refurbished old house. It has some nostalgic furnitures which is really good. Staff helped us a lot during check in and is friendly. It’s only one minute to the beach and location is very good, 10mins to Odawara Castle.

The apartment is just a stroll from the train station and overlooks the harbour in a quiet neighbourhood. By Japanese standards, this is an enormous unit, with amazing, nearly new kitchen, bathroom and washing facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will stay again.
