The location is fantastic. We stayed only one night and it was a luxurious experience. The public baths on the rooftop were quiet and clean, with a small sauna room. The staff was very kind and helpful and let us leave the luggage after the check-out time to allow us to go around the city a bit.

Reception is super helpful. They help us contact the taxi company when we left a phone in a taxi. Rooms are great. We had space for our luggages. I like the room has divider between the beds. Our room has kitchen, washing machine and balcony.

All staff provided excellent service. One of the front desk staff is a Chinese, who can speak both Chinese and Japanese. He was very helpful. He offered us his mobile contact to ensure we could safely get a taxi back to the hotel from the outlet nearby. Exceed our expectations. Thank you so much.

It was my first time visiting fukuoka with my family and i must say it was the best decision made to stay at this hotel. The bed was very spacious and room with balcony was very clean as well. The rooftop bathtub is highly recommended to use as free coffee was kindly served by the hotel as well. I would def love to revisit the hotel!
