The staff treated us like VIP. Will definitely come back to this place. Use translator go if you have problem communicating with certain staff. They are very polite. The best view of Nakajima island from this hotel. Dont worry abt fireworks, they will bring you to the spot.

We had an amazing stay at ATTA Toya. The place was immaculately clean, cosy, and surprisingly spacious, even for our group of three. It had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the standout features was the bread making machine. It was such a unique touch that made our mornings extra special. The host also left us a bag of Hokkaido popcorn, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated surprise. The host was super accommodating and always responded quickly whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Their attentiveness really elevated our stay. The washing facilities were also excellent. The machine was super fast and had a built-in dryer, which was especially convenient for our snow trip since we had plenty of laundry to do. Overall it was an amazing experience and I’d highly recommend this place. Would definitely book again! 🌟

A wonderfully clean and comfortable house in the seaside town of Toyako, near Lake Toya. Downstairs is the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a lovely tatami room. There are two beds upstairs. Parking is also available. The location was also convenient to explore the surrounding area of Noboribetsu and Lake Toya. There's a convenience store down the road, and it's close to the station. The host is very gracious, and even though we couldn't speak Japanese, Google translate works well.

    This place is absolutely fabulous. The owners are in credibly helpful and polite and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The property is located on the waterfront at Lake Toya with a spectacular view across the lake, and free parking.

    I thought I already reviewed this place... but booking.com keeps asking for another review... so here we go. This is a great traditional pension near Lake Toya. Ample parking, great included dinner and breakfast, friendly people. There's convenience store next door. The room had a great view of Lake. Definitely a good place for a stopover on a Hokkaido road trip.
