Really nice and friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Generous breakfasts and dinners with daily changing menues - the wagyu meat was especially good! Private spa with finnish sauna, steam bath, onsen water, cold bath, outside area and even a massage seat and included drinks was bookable for a small fee. Free coffee and tea available in the lounge (tea also in the room). Convenient shuttle service to the train station.

Lovely spot with wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious, and Akira-san was nice enough to drive us to the train station when we left because of the rain. Really nice to book the onsen for private slots as normally couples need to separate.

The private onsen was very pleasant and allowed couples to bath together unlike the public baths. The location was very convenient for access to the public onsen also with numbers 1 and 2 only 100 meters or so away. The Japanese breakfast and dinner included with the room was excellent with very attentive and personal service.

Incredible stay, the food was amazing and the staff so helpful. They have a shuttle to the monkey park and even brought out bags to the station for us. Cannot recommend this more for a fabulous Ryokan experience.
