    Location is very close to the train station, and the nearby bookstore is also famous. Breakfast is basic. Free parking is limited, however, the hotel provide discount vouchure for the nearby paid carpark.

    Excellent bed and the best pillow I've used in a hotel. Free parking, they gaven me free curry at dinner. Good internet signal. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and they were kind enough to change it immediately at no additional cost.

    Great location, close to the station. Very comfortable modern room, and a very generous and functional bathroom too. Breakfast was very nice, and while my trip was too short to make use of other services, I would be glad to stay again in the future. Staff were very professional and I felt an attention to detail that was above par. There is parking available which may suit some travellers, and good nearby restaurants. I note that soon shinkansen is expanding to Tsuruga, so I think the location of this hotel will be appreciated soon by many!

    It must be a brand new hotel as the square around the hotel was just completed last year October 2022. Very comfortable rooms and JR station is right outside the hotel (1 min walk). Plenty of restaurants around and convenience stores. If you have a car make sure you park early as there are not that many car parks available.
