3rd time in Hakkoda and the previous 2 had been at the hotel close to the Ropeway. Jogakura is far superior and I would stay here again in a flash. We were upgraded from a twin to a superior twin on arrival. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the hotel guiding over the back with pick up was fantastic value.

The staff was friendly, there was a dinner option which was great as there wasn't much in the way of food around the hostel! Rooms were clean, and there was a couple of common areas which was great!
