The living areas were clean, with linens and towels already in place when we arrived. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, kettle) and an in‑suite washing machine let us cook breakfast and travel light. Fast free Wi‑Fi plus the rare bonus of free on‑site parking (for small car) kept logistics completely hassle‑free. While the apartment sits in Katsushika—about a seven‑minute walk from Kanamachi Station on the JR Joban Line—the quiet residential setting felt like a welcome escape from downtown crowds.

The facilities inside the house so perfect. They have iron, refrigerator, washing machine & everything so great. So satisfied with the cleanliness & this house near to train station which only takes 5~7 mins walk. I will come back to Tokyo & stay here again.

I had a great time at this very clean and well-kept place. It offers all the facilities of an apartment, making it a comfortable and convenient stay. There are plenty of options for eating out nearby, and the train station is within walking distance. The hosts were also kind enough to give me a lift to the station as I had big bags with me. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!
