Very close to subway station and to pier. Breakfast was simply amazing with a very wide selection. Room was very spacious with lots of toiletries. Lobby was very elegant and with an excellent bar witrh live music. Definetely will be back next year for my usual stay in Yokohama.

This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

Hotel in a very centric location, next to the Yokohama Station. Rooms are quite small but it is like that in all Japan. You feel safe and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and nice all the time. Also, one of the staff members (Mr Yamaguchi) was very helpful and friendly - the friendliest member of staff I met during my stay. The man in charge of parking was helpful and kind and helped the whole procedure run smoothly.

    Excellent hotel that is thoughtfully designed. One of our better stays in Japan. Hotel has paid onsite parking which was very helpful. Did not have the opportunity to try out facilities of hotel but loved our room.
