This was our best experience yet. . The owner and his family were so welcoming and friendly, we felt like part of the family. They grow their own food and if you're lucky enough to have dinner with them they'll tell you all about their all organic produce. We really loved it.

The hosts are super accomodating, we all fell sick and they looked after us so well. The house is beautiful with views of Issyk-Kul and the mountains, and there is fresh fruit growing right outside the balcony. I would highly recommend Akzhol Guest House to anyone looking to stay in Balykchy.

We arrived on short notice but the host was still very welcoming. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and a nice garden. The property is a few minutes drive to a clean and nice beach. I forgot some clothes here during my stay. The owner made sure I got them back and sent them to me on the other side of Kyrgyzstan. Amazing!
