The homestay is traditional stilted home and is very clean and well presented. It’s located in the countryside next to an irrigation channel and has beautiful views over the rice paddies and towards the spectacular Phnom Sampov and bat caves, which are only a short walk away. Lem, the owner, is an excellent tour guide and took us out in his tuk tuk and on the back of his moped to see some amazing local countryside and attractions for a very reasonable price. He even came on an early morning run up to the temple with us. He’s amazing! His wife prepares the meals and is an excellent cook. Staying here is an absolute must; very quiet and an authentic countryside experience.

Their owner is a open minded and responsible man with good English standard. Staffs are young and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balcony. Their breakfast was awesome. We did encountered difficulties to access wifi in room but they provided solution swiftly. This is what I really care. I do not need a perfect robot, but I enjoy services by good people.

This is a small paradise on earth run by honest, hard-working and kind people who truly care about you as a guest. They built the traditional Khmer guesthouse themselves with bamboo. It is surrounded by a tropical garden and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a mosquito net, sockets in each corner (including next to the kingsize bed), multiple electric fans, a brand-new bathroom with a shower that produces hot water immediately (which is rare in Cambodia), and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Furthermore, the WIFI was super fast! The host picks you up at a location of your choice and when you leave, he can take you to your preferred location. During my stay, he suggested an incredible restaurant that was surprisingly cheap for the quality of food, drove me there and picked me up. The highlight of my stay was the tour that the host offered. We drove to local villages that are rarely visited by tourists and took a ride on the famous bamboo train. It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. In short, I highly recommend Odambang Village Homestay. By staying here, you support a local family and you will create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.

The hosts were wonderful, always there to help and spoiling me with rice cakes and other delicacies. Ask for January as your tuk tuk driver / guide. He knows everything about Battambang and will take you on a discovery tour of the area. Really worth it!

I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

The location was amazing - the energy and vibe was so zen and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. The pool was lovely and food at the restaurant was also great. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very nice with lovely pool and garden. Owner and staff extremely friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Side note - most comfortable mattress we’ve had our entire time in Cambodia. We used the toot toot driver recommended by the hotel and he was reliable and knowledgeable, we used him for the 2 days of our stay and would recommend him to get around and see the local sights.

This is a great place to stay and to experience a traditional style of house. The host was very friendly and interesting to chat with. Breakfast was also very nice and included mango from the garden.
