Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

It's quite far from town but that was why I picked it. There are some restaurants and cafes close by and a convenience store that's just about walkable. There are some good hiking routes nearby and it's really peaceful at night. An old lady was so happy to see me at the bus stop one morning that she gave me money to buy a treat.

This is our second time booking this accommodation! We came 2 years ago and the host was so kind and helpful so we decided to book again this time! He helps to arrange all our ski needs from lessons to equipment/attire rentals! He also brings us to local restaurants and the food are all very yummy!

I am happy that I chose this hotel to explore the ski resort. There is a shuttle bus to the resort, train station and bus station, which is very convenient. I had originally booked a 5-night, 6-day stay due to work commitments, but an unexpected change in my schedule forced me to reduce it to a 2-night stay. Thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped me with a refund for the remaining 3 nights, and I was truly touched by their generosity. The accommodation was incredibly warm and tidy. I had a delightful time with my family. I want to express my gratitude once again to the helpful staff. I look forward to visiting again next time.
