The best resort in south Sri Lanka!! It was a pleasure to stay in this resort, the facilities are amazing, and brand new. The staff are incredibly polite with very good English speaking. They made the check-in process very nice & smooth and helped recommend places to see and visit on the South Coast. My room was also very comfortable, considering most places I've stayed in Sri Lanka the bed tends to be a little harder, but the rooms in Terra Resort had the comfiest bed & pillows. The location is also a short 5ish min walk to the main beach of Kabalana which makes it really easy to get around. The reception also has tuktuk call services too, that come to pick you up from the resort if you want to get into town or go surfing. I highly recommend this place if it's your first time in Sri Lanka, Or if you looking for an earthy boutique-style place to stay, it made my journey to this country all the sweeter.

This is a beautiful small property set a few kilometres inland from the bustle of Ahangama amongst the rice paddy fields. The rooms are amazing and at times you feel as though you are there on your own. The staff were also fantastic. There are no shops nearby so if you need anything you will need to arrange a TukTuk (staff can order one for you) to go into town. This didn't bother us as we were looking for a bit of luxury, peace and quiet at the end of our trip. The meals on site were great as well. Would highly recommend.

Everything! It was just an amazing experience! We had the best time staying at cinnamon paradise! I can't thank Janaka and his family enough for creating such a wonderful, inspiring place. The cabanas are incredible and everything is handmade by Janaka! He even thought about hair dryers (eventhough we didn't use it) you won't miss a thing! The outdoor shower is a dream, even on rainy days having the pleasure of enjoying a warm shower is great. The location itself is incredible, in the middle of a cinnamon plantation. Super authentic breakfast, eventhough you can express your desire we just wanted to be surprised with the authentic Sri Lankan dishes which were prepared by Dilini in the morning after we got back from surfing 🫶🏽. If you want something absolutely authentic, amazing and lovely hosts don't hesitate - just book your stay and you'll have an incredible time! We definitely come back!

The rooms are big, stylish and there are a lot of small details that are awesome. The bathroom is beautiful and the pool and restaurant area is nice too. The owners ans staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would 100% recomend to stay at the Jini House.

Everything and anything!!! This place is a paradise on earth… truly magical! It’s 3 min by Tuk Tuk, or motorbike from the beach, which is just what you need to be away from the main road. It’s completely immerse in nature and next to the lake… endless numbers of animals and birds surround the property. You have a natural sounds playlist 24h a day!! The owner Andy, and the manager Yanaka + the cooks are the nicest and kindest persons, and they truly do everything to make your stay perfect!! The rooms are incredibly well decorated, huge and super clean with any type of facility!! The garden, overlooking rice fields, is a park itself. You can also get a massage booked or do yoga and breathwork under one of the many trees!! A true place for the soul 🌴🍉🥥 will be back soon
