Srimal and his family were so friendly and helpful. They showed me where everything was and how it all worked. This is an amazing guesthouse, very nicely decorated and clean, and the price is fantastic. I had the whole villa to myself, but it would be great for a family or two couples. Dodanduwa Beach is only a short walk away and Hikkaduwa is very accessible by Tuk tuk, cab or bus. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night and would use agin if in the area.

We have had the most wonderful stay in Villa Wonrich. The villa is beautiful, well-equipped, ancient type interior and outdoor ambiance and was a perfect setup for our families. The standout for us was the staff at Villa Wonrich. They took such amazing care of us and were very accommodating to help make our stay the best it could be. The staff was smiling and friendly. This was the last day in Sri Lanka and they were the fastest in preparing and serving breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was great. Our room was big and clean. Everything was great.

From the moment we booked the hotel staff looked after us right up until the point that we ended our trip. They took excellent care of us. Nothing was too much trouble including getting plasters and making a diabetic breakfast for me. Rooms were stunning and we even visited the Art shop and purchased some beautiful items. A lovely touch was checking we arrived home safe after leaving Sri Lanka!
