We had such a lovely time staying here because the hosts ensured we had everything we needed and were really helpful. The food was excellent. They prepared dinner for us, provided us with a breakfast/lunch package and also helped us to organise a safari + guide. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the balcony with the lovely views!

Staff were amazing and host was easy to contact and flexible. Location was well out of the way with an amazing lake within a few minutes walk with trials to walk also bit perfect for Wilpattu national park. Food was really nice and the room had everything you could need.

Amazing location. Everything was perfect and very clean! You cannot be closer to Wilpattu National Park, the park gates are literally in front of the homestay. Lovely family that can organize safari trips for you and meals too! I had an amazing full-day safari and we saw everything! Even the leopards! I also booked with a naturalist and it was definitely worth it. So much fun to learn about all the animals. Thank you so much!

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming guesthouse in Sri Lanka - the hospitality was beyond exceptional, and every detail felt so thoughtfully curated. A great property in the forest right next to the road leading to Wilpattu (maybe 5 minutes from the entrance!). It is run by two charming ladies, who made sure everything was very comfortable for us, brought us fresh juices on our arrival, and allowed us to keep our luggage there for the entire day. The bed is very comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and it is very well kept. A wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Wilpattu.
