Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

Really beautiful setting in the jungle, rooms felt traditional but spacious and luxurious, with windows overlooking the vegetation. Big comfortable bed. We were so well looked after, food was delicious healthy Sri Lankan food, they even made us a pack up for our sunrise hike up sigriya and the evening herbal teas were delicious. Pool practically private as only two other guests there, and you could spot sunbirds from the pool. We took a walk around the lake in the evenings, lots of great bird life and views over paddy fields. This place was our favourite on our visit and felt like a real hidden gem. Dinner $15 with plenty of food and fresh fruit, we didn’t go outside the property to eat but I doubt limited options.

The view, the breakfast and the Staff are exceptionally good! The view is just phenomenal and the breakfast was the best I had so far.

We loved everything about this place. We booked the new family room with private pool. Its very generous in size, very clean and the pool is great. The room is perfectly equipped for a family stay. The house is very well located - less than 10 min by walk to the main road to the lion s rock. Saman and his family are very nice kind and welcoming. the breakfast is hudge and delicious.

Very clean and tidy! The swimming pool was amazing! Also the owner and workers were very polite. The place was incredible. Is a little far from the restaurants but is offset by good menu prices.
