I've stayed in at least 100 different locations in Sri Lanka over the years, but Agro Village wins my award for the best rooms. Designed and built by the owner, the rooms are light and airy, with all the plugs in the right places, an amazingly comfortable bed, no mosquitoes, a very good bathroom - with a mop! - and an outside area in the trees. The food is just right too. And he's planning a swimming pool! The price is a lot lower than other places in Kalpitya, if we needed any other reason to come back.

It was terrific place. I had a marvelous time by the ocean. - Nice and clean rooms; - Friendly and kind staff; - Delicious Sri Lanka (local) cousine; - Breathtaking view and nice garden; - Fantastic swimming pool with bar stools; - Variety of activities and facultative trips; - Everything for fairly low prices. Good spot near the beach and lagoon. Friendly and helpful Staff. The food was exceptional, the Room very cozy and comfortable. They will always help if you need something. We had the chance to see and swim in bioluminescence water in the lagoon. it was magical. Thankyou for everything

Beautiful property and well maintained . The owners were fabulous and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a private bungalow which was air conditioned, clean and comfortable. The meals were great and plentiful. We would visit again.
