Cha Cha Guest House was hands down our best accommodation in Sri Lanka. The room was spotlessly clean, not a single bug, which is truly rare here in Sri Lanka. The brand-new air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to the beach and restaurants. The value for money is unbelievable — nowhere else did we get this level of comfort for such a price. On top of that, the host is truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This place like our home. We stayed 1 night in this apartment it was very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. Very close to the trincomalee city and other places. There was a fully equipped kitchen. Air con is massive advantage in this place. The owner and family very friendly and polite.They helped us a lot and respond every question and message. The service, the space, it is a beautiful clean villa with a nice pool with views that are breathtaking. The staff and owner are very helpfull and mindfull. We felt so comfortable and had a lot of privacy. Only 6 min away with a tuktuk from uppaveli beach. The rooms are beautiful designed and the bathrooms have nice facilities such as a bath and shower. We enjoyed our time a lot. We became sick in this part of our journey but we were so glad that we were in this villa to have a comfortable stay with all the help. Staff is super kind and the owner also. Beautiful garden and the owner also invests in saving and helping streetdogs wich was beautiful to see.

Hotel amenities, service and food is good. Great staff behaviour Especially care taker Cruz and assistance whenever required. Good ambience as the room is sea facing, have a private deck outside of the room. Breakfast options are there, food is great. The location is near to Trincomalee beach, its a must visit.

The location is excellent and the view from hotel restaurant as well. The hotel staff is really nice and ready to advise on anything required. Meals were really tasty, we tried different things and all were amazing.

Very clean hotel with great value for money. I had the king room and it was a perfect room for a solo traveller. The staff especially the reception were very helpful and extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
