Randomly stopped in Vavuniya as it was getting a bit late and I was driving my Tuk Tuk to Anuradhapura. This is a really nice place to stay. Very comfortable, fancy hotel with room service which I am not used to! This town has a bit going on, very vibrant place. Worth a look for sure!

    The check in was a bit of a mess. The rooms are very simple without a bathroom. On the 1st floor is a big terrace. Wifi is working, no hot water, no toilet paper. Parking in a garage so it's very safe 🛵. Had a good sleep. Close to the main road. Good for a short stay.

    The location is great. It is in the town center with easy access to all services within a 10 mins walk. The staff is very helpful and the foods and beverages are worth what you spend. Spacious rooms and availability of ample parking spaces with round-clock security encourage me to opt for Oviya as my resting place during busy site visits in the harsh climate in the area.
