Amazing experience, fantastic place in the green, great hosts, unique and beautiful apartment.. clean rooms, delicious breakfast.. Beyond the views, I liked very little indeed. The staff are friendly enough but have a very difficult time defending the poor quality of the hotel. They seemed well rehearsed - if not tired - of having to apologise for the state of the place. They are not empowered to resolve problems properly. Nor would they be able to cover for the fact this ‘Spa Hotel’ is a building site and not ready for customers seeking a safe or relaxing stay with children that includes use of a functioning pool or spa or indeed satisfactory hygiene levels.

The property is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Toilet has bidet spray and water heater. Sidi Mustafa and family is so welcoming and hospitable. He even help us to arrange a taxi to and fro from Chefchaoun to Abou Hachem. He also provided breakfast, lunch and dinner which were all freshly made.
