    An impeccable and efficiently run place with two great hosts! Located in a quiet residential district with a couple of dining options and a convenience store on the back side of the building. A large supermarket is a 15-minute walk from the apartment as is the Rose Hill metro station. Easy parking.

    The settings and secure environment. We appreciated the underground parking. The studio was more than we expected. Fully equipped. The small attention was nice. Communication with Avish was smooth and his being responsive in the minute helps a lot. Again a huge thank you Avish and Jaya.

    Excellent property. Easy communication with host. Self check-in went smoothly Nicely decorated with good quality items. Bathroom, kitchen, TV, AC, all in excellent condition. The place is not big, but still comfortable to stay a week. Has nice (secure) parking under the building.
