Casa Victoria is a little oasis in Pisté, a few minutes by car from the entrance to the Chichén Itza archeological site. If you are looking for a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist resorts, Casa Victoria may be for you. Accommodations consist of several individual cabins with two double beds, bathroom with shower, air condition, and a fridge. Complimentary water, a snack and shampoo was provided. The property is nicely landscaped with lots of attention to detail. A terrace with chairs and tables, a hammock, lounge chairs and a sparkling littlel pool are available for relaxing and cooling off after a morning of sightseeing. The property wall behind the pool is decorated with a beautiful mural created by a local artist. Everything is sparkling clean. Free parking is available as well. The hosts, Joel and Vanessa, were warm and welcoming and treated us as family rather than guests. They provided us with useful information and suggestions for local restaurants. We felt immediately at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay at Casa Victoria again!

Luis is an amazing host, he welcomed us with fresh lemonade, prepares amazing breakfasts and has great advice on what to do around Chichen Itza. We absolutely loved his garden, his dogs and recommend anyone to come and stay with him and his family.

I liked all of the accommodation services, the location, the rooms, the restaurant food and the facility overall. we also felt very secured with the National Guard/army patrolling the place day and night. As soon as we got of the Mayan Train from Cancun an officer offered his guidance and walked us to the exit where the courtesy Shuttle from the hotel picked us up and dropped us at the hotel doors. This has been one of the best hotels I have experienced in Mexico and to top everything even the prices were low for the quality of services and place. Me and my wife felt like in a second Honey Moon we even extended our stay for a couple of nights. I strongly recommend the Tren Maya and their Hotels to all of my friends and relatives. We already have plans to go back with our children and grandchildren ASAP ! Claim your share of the good life in the jungle near the Chiche Itza Pyramids and all of the great nature in Cancun and Yucatan in Mexico.

The location, restaurant served good food and breakfast was excellent, the staff and our exceptional tour guide, Jesus who told us everything about the Mayan culture at Chichen Itza. The air conditioned van and the driver was comfort plus. I also enjoyed how quiet it was at night and the only sound were the birds and crickets.

Spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is very quiet and features a gated on-site parking area. The garden is beautiful, with a clean swimming pool. They even allowed us to check in early. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning, guests can enjoy tea/coffee and some cakes for breakfast.

Gorgeous historic hacienda set in beautiful tropical gardens, surrounded by pools, fountains and birds. An exceptional location close to the ruins (although not accessible from the hotel any more.) Staff were friendly and efficient, if a little overwhelmed in the restaurant at times. Room staff made efforts to present an exceptional impression, gathering flowers from the garden to decorate the room very artistically. Beautiful pool setting and immaculate garden maintenance. A room safe and fridge was good. NO TVs was really good.

Mainly the location. The ruins were closer than I thought. The grounds even had maya ruins. There was even a peacock on the property.
