This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Our stay was amazing! best location, super clean! Andrea is super nice and helpful and recommended amazing places to eat, explore, and experience. The location is a 5 min walk to north beach (which I'd say is the best one on Isla Mujer) and 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

First of all the host is the best I met. She is caring about everything and want to do all that your stay is nice and comfortable. Every problem or doubt she answerd and resolved very quickly. Apartment is nice and comfortable , has everything you need. Location also is great, next to supermarket and a lot of restaurants, and of course close to the beach

Good location, friendly and very helpful staff if you want to leave your bags to store them. Also very clean and you get all in the kitchenette area ( including a small fridge bar which is very convenient if you want to drink some beers). You get shampoo, soap and iron. I highly recommend taking the room with the balcony area :) so get fresh air with a nice view of the street.

Location is great! The Terrace next to the Ocean just great to hang out at the evening. AC and Wifi worked perfectly and there are some nice restaurants close by. Highly recommend! I'll totally stay here again.
