We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

I liked the breakfast , it was very good. A large variety of choice is proposed, really good pancakes, you can even ask for your eggs as you want to be made by the cook. Really nice and good flavor for "chilaquilles", fresh fruit, tasty green detox juice. Vey kind service from servers and cook.
