Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

Exceptional quality for the services offered - location, staff, cleanliness. The beach is small but is amazing nonetheless, in any case it is perfect to learn how to snorkel and even scuba dive. The breakfast was particularly phenomenal. Better to book in advance to get a decent price.

It was calm and beautiful. We loved being amongst the birds and feeling like we were secluded. The staff were incredibly attentive. It really made Cozumel even more wonderful. They have thought of everything. You will probably need a car.

Absolutely beautiful little home off the beaten track in a pretty quiet town (El Cedral). It's very easy to get around the island if you have a car. The host Manuel was really lovely and shared a lot of local info with us, and told us all about the birds and wildlife that visit the garden. The hibiscus by the pool was full of hummingbirds and bananaquits, it felt like a slice of paradise. Clean, comfortable and cool.

Sandy's communication was excellent. We had all the info we needed. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need. WiFi worked fine, so did the TV and aircon. There were fantastic washing facilities and a small pool out front. It's about a 20min walk from town or a 50-80peso taxi. Nice and quiet and felt very secure.

    The snorkelling at the beach was filled with so much marine life. We travelled all over Riviera Maya and this has been our favorite hotel. The plumbing worked as it should, clean room, helpful staff, security at the parking lot so we didn't have to worry about our scooter. So awesome!

    The position of this hotel for views, peace and quiet and snorkelling was unbeatable. Although not really within walking distance from the ultramar ferry (with luggage) it is a quick an easy ride by taxi. The staff were really friendly and kindly allowed us early check in and late departure. There is free parking outside if you have a hire car, and the pool and easy access to brilliant snorkelling made our stay here even more special. A large water container full of drinking water was provided for our stay.

    Our main purpose for coming to Cozumel was to scuba dive so we appreciated the rinse of tub and the hanging space to dry gear. The property was a nice walkable location within the main town centre. Also the street parking was very helpful! The host was very quick to answer our messages and provided 2 5gal water jugs for our weeks stay.
