We loved this place. Remote in the nature, extremely friendly staff that did everything in their power to accommodate us. The cenotes are amazing and so is the property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also quiet. In the nighttime you can see all the stars and hear the animals. We loved everything about it. If using your data bundle or stay without internet and have a car to bring you there isnt an issue for you i can highly recommend this location.

This place was amazing, just what we were looking for. Everything was as expected and much more. The rooms and place is very clean and beautiful, and the owner is beyond kind. She led us through a holistic activity in the morning, even made us cappuccinos and gave us bananas. Everyone there was super friendly, and the place has the best vibe. Beautiful property, very stylish and nicely done. We had an early pickup on the first day and the staff kindly arranged a great take away breakfast. Food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast the next day. We loved the open shower and the treatment in the spa was one of the best I have ever had!

Very high standard of hospitality!! Very clean rooms and the staff is very friendly. Location in the middle of the centre. Car parking very small, but street parking nearby the hotel was also easy (no show stopper).
