We had a great stay here! Thank you to the host for being so considerate and allowing us to check in early and check out late — it really made our trip more relaxing. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of fun games and entertainment provided. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of disposable towels. Before our stay, the host took the time to confirm our final number of guests to make sure there were enough mattresses and bedding for everyone — such great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

The host is very kind, responsive, and even treated us with satay during our stay. The house is very comfortable, with all necessary facilities, though some are limited. The toilets are generally functioning well, though the one in the middle has slower water pressure. The pool is not very large, but it's suitable for children. The host is highly responsible, and the home environment is very clean and exclusive.

Staff were friendly, forgot to take picture of the room but it was clean and had no funky smell! I forgot to check whether there were lifts prior to check-in (they don’t have lifts) we had our 80+ yo grandma, so thankful that they gave us ground floor which my grandma was sooooo pleased hahha. We had a king and super single which was so big considering its a boutique hotel. It was a lovely stay and we even got to meet the owner during breakfast! Btw breakfast was simple, neat, clean, and just so well thouht out! You could tell he really took pride in taking care of his hotel :) its inspired from his trip to Switzerland. Definitely coming back to stay here when we come for family trips again!

We didn't know the place well so we ended up eating breakfast at the only place we know everyday. Same thing for dinner - kept going back to the same place. Good Chinese restaurants that used to be in Pontian Kechil have closed down. But it was nice that Kukup was not very far away. The house is very big.
