The villa is perfectly clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, crisp bedlinnen, beautiful garden with couches. The owners are super kind and hospitable. We arrived late, and the owner picked us up from the bus and dropped us at the jetty next morning. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much!     The place is very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and beddings soft to the touch. The quilt cover was so soft and comfortable that I even asked him the material that he used. He gave his input willingly. The host is very friendly and thoughtful. I had a question about booking a parking lot near the jetty and asked for his opinion, surprisingly he took time to clarify personally that such booking is not necessary. That saved me from spending unnecc expense. He gave ideas on where to eat around the area too.

    It’s an excellent choice for a night stay taking the ferry to Tioman next morning. What we like: 1. Walking distance to many eateries and Mersing town center 2. Large parking lot to keep the car for a few days. Daily charge RM10 per car 3. Free shuttle thru and back Mersing jetty 4. Very friendly staff

    No regret staying here. The host, Mr Kam and his helpers were very helpful, accommodating and kind. The house has 6 guest rooms with en suite toilet, a very big kitchen and 2 large halls were extremely clean and neat. The bed in my room was super comfortable and the attached toilet was spotless clean. Free parking available. Will definitely book again if we come to Tioman.

    The hotel was a good solution just to spend a night before taking a ferry. Short, 5-minute drive, to the Mersing ferry terminal. Huge free parking. Decent and free wi-fi. AC and ceiling fan.
