Warm welcome and excellent host. Room was very clean and had everything needed. Although very close to the city center, it was very quite. City center is on walking distance, property can also easily be reached with bus, stops in from of the property. Perfect breakfast and great view over the Singel at breakfast!

It was very pleasant to stay 2 nights in this beautiful, renovated facility 15 minutes walk from the center of Utrecht. Our room was on the ground floor (we were lucky, considering the typical Dutch stairs 😅) large, bright, comfortable, warm and clean. Comfortable bed, large shower, kettle and coffee machine with capsules. Maaike, the owner who welcomed us, was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

    The rooms were attractive, the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower cubicle and was big. The bed was comfy and had good quality white cotton linen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spacious and in an area with some green space nearby. There was secure parking for electric bikes too. Highly recommended

    Excellent location in the centre of Utrecht. Charming old building. Comfortable bed. Enclosed car parking at rear of hotel. Very nice dining room. Excellent breakfast. Overall it felt rather luxurious. Dinner wasn’t available during our stay but we found a great restaurant called “Karaf” just around the corner.
