Our whole stay here was great. The location is breath-taking while still being driving distance to amenities and attractions. The owner was very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.

The owner of the house is very respectful and the house is modern and spacious. There is a spacious living room and a large TV with a cinema system. I had difficulty operating the electric oven and he quickly came and operated it for me. He has outdoor activities and bicycles near him, a 15-minute drive away. There is a large supermarket.

Cabins in a beautiful location, a bit out of nowhere. Inside was beautifully decorated as well, very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped with regards to kitchen utensils. And bed linen was provided. There were also many games available even though we did not use them too much I'd recommend reworking the accommodation description thoroughly as it took me a while to understand our accommodation included both cabins and to find how to switch on electricity in the second cabin.

The location is incredibly beautiful, literally stuck in between mountains and walking distance from water as well. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Room cozy, comfortable and clean. We also rented canoe (100% recommend) because the views are breathtaking 😊 Overall our stay was one of the best experiences ever

Easy parking - Amazing lakeside location with fabulous views from the big windows in double aspect room 203 - Good heater - immaculate bathroom with super hot water and perfectly behaved large shower - our Icelandic host was charming, helpful and spoke excellent English - numerous lovely walks and hikes to be had nearby by the lake or up into the mountains.
