We liked the old furniture and quirky, decorative touches, but also the retention of tiny doors, floor boards, door handles etc. You can really feel how simple old apartments must have been. We stayed on a wet, cool summer night and the place was warm. It was quiet other than a few squeaky floorboards. The kitchen is simply but adequately equipped. There was ice on the floor in the whole village so Im glad we took that hotel so close and with clean street all the way. Cosy hall to stay looking at the fire.
