The house was closed to the ligthouse and beach. You may enjoy the impressive moonlight and sunrise sceneries. The facilities were well provided and comfortable. We hoped to stay another night if there is another chance.

The view, ocean front location, and value for the money can't be beat! The room has a couch facing the wall-to-wall sliding glass door/windows which look out to the Kaka Point beach. Communication with the owner was great. The room had a separate living area/kitchenette and bedroom. They left chocolates for us on arrival which was nice.

The view is fantastic. The ocean is just out the sliding door and across the road. The road is not heavily traveled, so there is no excessive noise. The bed was probably the best one we have had since coming to New Zealand. I also appreciate that the host told us about several things to do in the local area and set us up for a lot of good excursions.

    We liked everything. It's hard to summarize how perfect this place is. The location, the parking, the view, the comfort of the room, the fact that it was heated for us before we arrived, the comfort of the bed, the quality of the shower, and even the good coffee and the two Hershey kisses on the bed. Perfect. Don't miss this!

    Superb location facing the sea and just next door to the restaurant, so convenient. We are so happy with the accommodation, so clean, and comfortable, just beyond our expectations. All amenities are provided as per listed. The bed is also very comfortable and parking is also available. We will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at Kaka Point.

    Beautiful house with a view of the ocean and it has parking by the side of the house. There is a stove on the counter and a convection oven where you can cook.

    Location, right opposite the beach. Cosy and comfortable. Right next door to a restaurant. Laura was amazing, very attentive and supplied fresh towels etc throughout our stay. Nice touch. Off street parking. Attention to detail.

    The location is sensational. Beautiful beach a minute away. The unit is clean, bright and comfortable. Great cooking facilities. Onsite parking. Laura was a communicative, helpful host. We really enjoyed our time despite the gale blowing outside! There were seals on the beach and great walks nearby. All terrific!
