The condition of the accommodation and the view were impeccable and fantastic; the host also left us a delicious bottle of wine, we will stay here again on our next visit.

Just A maz ING !!! What a treat to stay. A wonderful welcoming place in the centre of Napier. Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. Everything was super from the beginning till the end. The Hosts are very nice, helpful and charming. We can only recommend this lovely home and the very nice people. If we should come again to Napier we would be glade to visit them again. Thanks a lot.

Comfy little place, quiet & warm had an efficient gas fire for chillier nights, was a treat to have a dishwasher. Everything we needed.

Surrounded by native bush, we enjoyed the peace and tranquility—yet the town centre was less than 10 minutes away.

We loved everything about our stay! The communication with the host was exceptional, and the instructions she left in the room were very helpful. The room was well designed, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The Pool House was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented .It was extremely well equipped with some thoughtful things that showed Joanne takes pride and care of her place and also wants to provide a perfect stay for her guests . Bed was so comfortable and all the linen and towels etc good quality. The Pool area by the pool was also set up well which made it an inviting and relaxing place to chill . Joanne was lovely and welcomed us on arrival. She gave some great advice on things to do and where to go. Alan and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there. We would happily stay there again on our travels.
