All the resort stuff were very kind and polite.. The ladies of the reception are very kind and have good English.. The place are quiet and it has a touch of nature specially while sitting in the balcony.. The balcony is fully private and u can spend nice morning while having the coffee there.. Loved the building. Really pretty gardens and setting. Rooms are clean and have a kettle &fridge. Staff are lovely. Is located inside the old city walls so in the centre of everything, near the souq and Nizwa fort. Breakfast delivered to our room.

10/10 – The Best Hotel We’ve Ever Stayed In! We had the pleasure of staying at three places in Nizwa, and this was by far the best! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, feels brand new, and the rooms are incredibly large—perfect for small families. The host was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and warmth. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for, which added so much to the experience. Their hospitality was unparalleled, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. We’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, but this one easily ranks as the best we’ve ever stayed in. The only regret we have is not being able to enjoy it for longer. We checked in late and sadly missed out on spending more time in the charming outdoor seating areas. A huge thank you to the host for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. We hope to return soon, and next time, we’ll make sure to arrive earlier!

This is a very nice house. It is in the centre and near all of the restaurants and the city centre. The host was great in providing us with parking and helping us to navigate. The entire place has this Arabian vibe. We Loved it!
