Extremely nice hotel central in town. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. Everything is new and clean. Staff goes out of their way to help with anything. Aircon, hot water, fridge, coffee, can't think of anything that wasn't working here. It's definitely my go-to place if I come back here.

I liked the cleanliness of the place and the cooperation of all the hotel staff. All services are available and at a high level of comfort and safety. The price is also very reasonable. Excellent hotel for a longer stay or just shot stay overnight and centrally located in Duqm. We stayed here twice on our trip through Oman as we liked it so much - we felt very welcome. Thank you so much! The rooms respectively flats are spacious, modernly equipped and very well maintained. The service team is outstanding: super friendly, quick and helpful! On top of that, the price is very reasonable. We experienced by far the best price-performance ratio on our one-month trip through Oman.

A unique hotel. We spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel at the end of our stay in Oman. The hotel is beautifully decorated, extremely clean. The staff is helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is definitely the best, every breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and a beach. The unique thing is that not many people use the pool and beach and practically for 5 days we had them all to ourselves. Great stay and if we are next time in Oman, we will definitely come back.
