We loved everything about our stay, from Adnan's heartfelt welcome, the obvious care and love for details in every corner of the hotel, the story of the house, to the breakfast on the terrace. Just amazing. We strongly recommend this place and would love to come back if we have the chance.

Absolutely immaculate and clean. Lovely small pool. A quiet oasis in the middle of the old town. Easy short walk to animal markets, souq and Nizwa fort. Parking no problem and proprietors, quickly, on hand with keys during entry and exit of premises. A delight.
